Our Support Team provides remote telephone diagnostic service. Our technicians
are able to dial up your Fax«Star Unit,
trouble shoot, and in the vast majority of instances, correct problems
on the spot. When that isn't possible, for units covered by our maintenance
agreement, we will send a replacement Fax«Star
unit so there will be a minimum of interruption in your operation. Within
the Continental United States this will most likely be within 24 hours.
